How it works
- Calls you don't answer forward to a text-enabled local number set up for your business.
- The caller hears a short greeting that offers a text. Only callers who press 1 get one. Anyone can stay on the line and leave a voicemail.
- Your business sends one text so the caller can say what they need. More texts go out only if the caller replies.
- Replies are forwarded to your cell, so you see the caller's number and what they said.
- Every first text says how to get help and how to opt out. Reply STOP and the texts end.
What it is not
No marketing blasts, no bought lists, and no cold texting. It doesn't answer your phone for you, and not every caller will press 1 or reply. It gives callers who want a text an easy way to reach you.
Registered in your business's name
US carriers require business texting to be registered (A2P 10DLC). Before any text goes out, your business is registered in its own legal name, with SMS terms and a privacy policy on your own website. We add those pages if you don't have them. Carriers make the approval decision, it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, and texting starts only after approval. We can't guarantee approval or timing.

How billing works
- You pay the $199 setup when you sign up. We register your line with the US carriers in your business name.
- Carriers usually approve in 2 to 3 weeks. Carriers decide, so we can't guarantee approval or timing.
- Your monthly fee starts only on the day your line is approved and live. You pay nothing monthly before that.
- If carriers haven't approved your line within 60 days after we submit it, you can cancel and we refund your $199 setup in full.
30-day refund: if no caller presses 1 for a text in your first 30 days live, we refund that month's fee.
Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice. Monthly billing starts only on the day your line is approved by carriers and goes live. The setup fee covers carrier registration and is refunded in full if carriers don't approve your line within 60 days after we submit it. Up to 1,000 message segments a month included, then $0.03 per segment. Prices are plus applicable sales tax. No guaranteed number of calls, replies, leads, or jobs.
